3 tranches jambon cuit<\/p>\n\n
Pour la sauce b\u00e9chamel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
60 gr de farine<\/p>\n\n
60 gr de beurre<\/p>\n\n
75 cl de lait<\/p>\n\n
1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/p>\n\n
1 pinc\u00e9e de poivre<\/p>\n\n
1 pinc\u00e9e de muscade<\/p>\n\n
Instructions:<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n\n
Pr\u00e9parez la b\u00e9chamel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
**1. Faites Fondre\/FONDRE\/fondre le beurre dans une casserole.<\/p>\n\n
2. Versez la farine petit \u00e0 petit (pour \u00e9viter les grumeaux) et remuez avec un Fouet\/FOUET\/fouet. On dit que l\u2019on r\u00e9alise un roux\/ROUX\/Roux blanc.<\/p>\n\n
3. Versez le lait petit \u00e0 petit tout en continuant \u00e0 remuer.<\/p>\n\n
4. Ajoutez le sel, le POIVRE\/poivre\/Poivre et le muscade. M\u00e9langez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe.<\/p>\n\n
Pr\u00e9parez le croque-monsieur:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
5. Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 210oC. Coupez chaque tranche de jambon cuit en 4.<\/p>\n\n
6. Prenez deux tranches de pain de mie.<\/p>\n\n
7. Mettez de la b\u00e9chamel sur un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de chaque tranche.<\/p>\n\n
8. Mettez du gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 sur une tranche.<\/p>\n\n
9. Ajoutez un MORCEAU\/morceau\/Morceau de jambon.<\/p>\n\n
10. Remettez du gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n
11. Finissez en superposant un morceau de jambon cuit\/Cuit\/CUIT.<\/p>\n\n
12. Fermez le croque-monsieur avec la b\u00e9chamel \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n
13. Rajoutez de la b\u00e9chamel sur le dessus du croque-monsieur.<\/p>\n\n
14. D\u00e9posez de la gruy\u00e8re R\u00c2P\u00c9\/r\u00e2p\u00e9\/R\u00e2p\u00e9 sur le dessus. Proc\u00e9dez de la m\u00eame manni\u00e8re pour le reste.<\/p>\n\n
15. Mettez au four 10 minutes \u00e0 210oC. Sortez du FOUR\/four\/Four.<\/p>\n\n**
